1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this app you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. Acceptance is required to use the application.

2. Use of the Application

This app offers tarot readings as a symbolic and reflective tool. Readings encourage personal reflection and self-exploration; they are not directives about what actions to take.

3. On-Device Interpretations

All interpretations are composed locally on your device from a curated library of card meanings. No question or reading is sent to any external interpretation service.

4. Entertainment and User Responsibility

Readings are for entertainment and reflection only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and no accuracy is guaranteed. You are solely responsible for how you interpret the readings and for any decisions or actions you take based on them.

5. Accounts and Saved Readings

Saved readings are stored on your device. You may optionally sign in with Google to back them up to a private, app-only folder in your own Google Drive; without sign-in they remain on this device only. You are responsible for the device and account you use. Do not include personal information in your questions.

6. Advertising

The app is funded by ads served by Google AdMob, including a banner and an optional rewarded ad that unlocks the full interpretation.

7. Limitation of Liability

The developers are not liable for any damages or consequences arising from use of the app, including reliance on its readings. Users assume full responsibility for their interpretations and actions.

8. Age Requirement

The app is not directed to children and users must be at least 13 years old.
